Description of Church Meadow Cottage

Church Meadow Cottage is an attractively furnished detached house 500 yards from the coast.

The quiet village of Trimingham is situated in an enviable position on the coast between Cromer and Mundesley. It is ideal for those wishing to be in a central location for the seaside resorts, whilst enjoying a village location. The expansive sandy beach is accessible locally by a one-mile drive. Woodlands Leisure Park in the village has a clubhouse and swimming pool, which are open to non-residents and there are further facilities available in Mundesley, two miles, and Cromer, four miles away.

Church Meadow Cottage is a spacious, brick and flint detached house just over 500 yards from the coast, with sea views from the rear bedroom. It has an attractively furnished and well-equipped interior which provides a home-from-home atmosphere. Shop: 2 miles Pub (Clubhouse): 500 yards.
