Honeycott, as quaint as its name and full of Devon cottage style character is situated within a stone's throw of the village centre, close to the popular Thatch Inn pub and restaurant, the perfect spot to truly soak up the atmosphere of this lively and popular seaside destination. The beach and coastal footpaths are within easy walking distance and many of North Devon's attractions are just a short drive away. A spacious open plan living room has a dining area and attractive cottage style kitchen to one end. There are two bedrooms on the first floor together with a separate family bathroom and outside a small enclosed rear patio. Honeycott makes a great holiday base for couples or families at any time of the year.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with TV with Freeview, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with 2' 6" Twins suitable for children. Separate shower room, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Bed linen only. Electric convector heaters. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Patio furniture. Regret no pets. No smoking. Off road parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
