This outstanding Georgian Vicarage in the heart of Mortehoe village backs on to open farmland along this dramatic National Trust coastline. Two cottages, Mailscot and Wykeham adjoin The Old Vicarage at either end, and have use of a shared garden with children's play area to the side if the house.
Mailscot has been recently refurbished throughout, and the main entrance leads into a large open plan living/kitchen/dining room with comfy leather seating surrounding a wood burning stove. Two splendid Georgian windows with pine shutters give a fine view of the lovely lawned garden which guests are welcome to use. On the first floor the two bedrooms are traditionally furnished and are served by a separate family bathroom.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining room with TV with Freeview, DVD and wood burning stove. Kitchen area with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Wi-Fi Broadband. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls. 2 pets welcome. Private parking. Garden furniture. Short breaks available. 4pm arrival time. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Friday.
