Close by you have the bustling market towns of Keswick and Cockermouth, as well as Bassenthwaite Lake and the Solway Coast. You may walk from the doorstep and enjoy the peace and quiet of this little known area of the Lake District. The cottage is well furnished and spacious yet retains a cosy atmosphere.
