Description of The Stables

A delightful property, set within a peaceful rural area, close to many attractions and the local market town of Dereham

Lyng is a rural village situated in the heart of Norfolk. It is part of The Wensum Valley, named after the river, which flows through the picturesque countryside and provides excellent fishing opportunities. Horse riding and a country club with indoor bowls are available in the village, which also has a shop and a pub. The area is great for both cycling and walking, with a network of country lanes, and Sparham Pools Nature Reserve is close by and provides excellent walks and bird watching. The fine city of Norwich is just thirteen miles away and there are many attractions in the area to suit all ages.

The Stables and The Orchard (property 864) are character single-storey barn conversions, which are situated in the peaceful hamlet of Primrose Green, surrounded by farmland, one mile from Lyng. Both offer a good standard of attractively furnished accommodation, which is wheelchair-accessible with a number of helpful adaptations for the less able. Shop/Pub: 1.5 miles
